The Provider offers premium travel services customized to the individual needs of clients.

2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The contract between the Provider and the client is established upon acceptance of the offer, either in writing or via electronic means.
2.2. The contract fully governs the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Scope of Services
3.1. The Provider undertakes to organize travel based on the specific requirements of the client.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. The payment terms and conditions are determined in the individual agreement with the client.
4.2. Payment is a prerequisite for utilizing the services.

5. Cancellation and Modifications
5.1. The client has the right to cancel the travel contract before the commencement of the trip.
5.2. In case of cancellation, the Provider reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from the amount paid by the client.
5.3. The terms for modifications are specified in the individual agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
6.1. The Provider shall not be held liable for damages arising from the client’s conduct or third-party actions.
6.2. The client is required to comply with the rules of the travel program and respect local culture and laws.
6.3. The Provider disclaims any liability for accidents occurring during the trip that are not due to the Provider’s negligence.

7. Data Protection
Details regarding data processing are specified in the Provider’s Privacy Policy, available at hungary-holiday.eu.

8. Complaint Handling
8.1. The client may submit a complaint in writing to hungaryholiday@outlook.it.
8.2. The Provider will review complaints within 30 days of receipt and inform the client of the outcome.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These GTC are governed by Italian law.
9.2. The GTC may be updated periodically; the updated version will be available on the website.
